Description of Centre CA020

 

Asia Pacific Education, authorised Cambridge ESOL Examinations Centre CA020 is an open, non-institutional Centre, providing exams to over 40 Venue schools coast to coast in Canada, as well as Honolulu, USA.  CA020 has authorisation for both paper-based and computer-based versions of YLE, KET, PET, FCE, CAE, CPE, BEC (P/V/H), TKT, ILEC, and ICFE, as applicable. 

 

Services Provided by the Centre

 

1. Provide examination information to Venues (www.cambridgecentre.net)
2. Collect and submit registrations (entries@cambridgecentre.net)
3. Distribute examination materials
4. Supervise (not invigilate) written tests
5. Distribute Results and Certificates to Venues  (Results Online)
6. Arrange and conduct oral examinations
7. Train and coordinate oral examiner teams in remote locations
8. Train and support Examinations Supervisors at Venues
9. Give feedback on Venue’s performance
10. Provide Cambridge promotional materials
11. Give advice on curriculum and teaching materials
12. Provide professional development for teachers
