Reminder on entries:
- All entries must be on Excel spreadsheet in required format otherwise they cannot be processed and must be resubmitted with any late fees incurred at the Venue’s risk
- Where there is more than one date for a given exam, i.e. Tuesday/Saturday FCE, preferred date and syllabus code must be specified with entries.
- Transfers after registration from one session to another are not permitted. Changes require cancelling one exam (no refunds) and reregistering for another (with any applicable late fees). Venues will be invoiced accordingly.
- Any special needs must be notified by Deadline otherwise consideration cannot be guaranteed.
Late entries policy
Please note late entry stage dates and fees are not negotiable
In the case of last-minute entries (within 2 weeks prior to exam date), given Canadian/Hawaiian logistics, ESs must be prepared to collaborate with the Centre in cases where materials may be incomplete.
Discounted 2nd examination
Offer is only available until the mid-point between the official deadline and the exam date.
Shipment notification
- Shipments arriving at the Centre will be notified to schools
- ES should confirm with the Centre when exam shipments are received
- ES should go through exam shipment contents checkist on receipt and notify discrepancies immediately
- Processs will be repeated at each Stage

Please be aware that all entries received after the official deadline are subject to a flat late entry fee of $100, no stages
